No after sales service. The sales team answers calls quickly and is just as quick to sign you up as a customer and please don't forget just as quock to get your banking details. Then your headache starts no idee how what an where things is going to happen and please don't try to phone technical support they don't answer or try to sort your isseus. You don't know who is supplying what and people in and out of your house all under webafrica banner. That can't be right and still no direct answer to what is going to happen next and if I'm going to pay for n service I don't get. CAN'T THEY SUPPLY ROUTER AND ALL WITH THE PEOPLE INSTALLING THE LINES IN YOUR HOUSE ????
