WebAfrica client service is pathetic

I cancelled my service months ago, but continue to be billed. You can't call to speak to someone. You can only use the WhatsApp service, and go through to an agent who not only is impolite, but who can hardly string a sentence together. Halfway through, I was transferred to another agent. As I sit here, I have no idea if my request for a refund was processed, let alone understood. An awful experience.
