WebAfrica claims did not receive my modem.

After several mishaps with customer service, completely *********** people assisting me, or not responding for weeks, today the last straw! I sent the modem back to the exact address they provided me with, but WebAfrica now says that the modem was not received, while the courier says they have received and it was signed for. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! this is theft, absolute theft! I somehow knew this was going to happen and guess what....it happened!!!

Stay away from WebAfrica at all costs! Their service is substandard, their customer service assistants unable to assist with correct information. You will lose your money and eventually....your modem!
