Webafrica chatbot bad delivery

Webafrica is one of the worst ISP providers I have ever been with. Never have I dealt with such *********** staff or company that is only available via a chatbot....no contact number to call just to do a simple password reset its been over two hours waiting to be services and I need to wait on a computer to answer me. The worst I have ever come across-the-board. This had really made my working from home unreliable knowing I have a medical condition and am bound to work from home on certain days in the week its extremely sad and frustrating as it is affecting my productivity yet o am paying for a service i cannot use and its not the first instance!
