Webafrica chat robot cancellation since 10 Feb

I have been trying to cancel my service with Webafrica since 10 Feb, but the robot chat portal is very useless, now Webafrica is advising that my service cannot be cancelled because I am advising too late, on 10 Feb I was on the chat the whole day waiting for an agent to assist me with no success, even after 10 Feb I tried to reach out. Webafrica, you suck.
