WebAfrica chat line is a joke!

Web Africa chat line is absolutely useless when you start a chat it takes ages for an agent to get back to you (over an hour the first time). Then they just end the chat without addressing your issue and without asking if YOU are happy with the chat being ended. It's obviously a setting on the chat, as it happened to me 4 times. I was responding in under a minute and they said I hadn't responded in a long time so they would end the chat????? Web Africa, you cannot advise clients to use the chat line when they just cut them off. My VoIP phone is still not able to make or receive calls.
