Webafrica charce me for router that I did hand back.

I ve cancelled my services that was by the way very satisfactory. So they told me to hand back the router if not I will be charged R1999. If I want then to collect the router I need to pay R249. So I cancelled for end Feb 2025. 27/12/24 I paid the R249. On the 7/2/25 the Courier Guy collected the router SCKO***. On 26/2/25 Webafrica emailed me a invoice of R1999! And you cant get hold of them only on whatsapp and no one answers me...so frustrating!
