Webafrica cannot communicate

Webafrica must have the worst client service Whatsapp portal in the world. Consultants do not seem to have access to the Whatsapp thread, which means everything said over weeks and months to just about every consultant at Webafrica needs to be repeated. It has now taken almost 3 months to do a simple migration. The Whatsapp thread over this period can fill a book.
