Webafrica - cannot be trusted

In February 2024 i wanted to cancel my contract as rates were to increase. i was then offerred another package at lower internet speed by agent Robyn W which i accepted and I received 1 month free internet. April is my first billing month and i was charged R300 more than agreed rate. The agent Duduzile D now tells me there was no contract change in Feb24. After being on chat for 90 mins already with 2 agents i am now transferred to a 3rd agent
