WebAfrica cancels my service without any notice or reason!

They decided to cancel my line without any notification and they don't know themselves how they did that.

"Vaughn: Unfortunately your product has been cancelled. I have checked the system for a trace as to what happened but I cannot find any reason as to why your product has been cancelled.

The only thing I can do now is to reorder your package and send a request to our reconnections team to assist in the process." The above is the feedback I was given! Total nonsense!
