Webafrica cancellations are a joke!

Worst service ever, forced to use the WhatsApp service and get snappy responses until I ask questions about my service not being cancelled and then being billed after I was promised the line would be cancelled. I’m also sure I was told I only had to pay for the router if I cancelled the service within 2 years. I am now told if I don’t return the router I will be charged R1000! I have had it for over 3 years.
