Webafrica cancellation

I was sold a fiber month to month package for R399. After 3 month the package all of a sudden went to R745. When I tried to cancel it I could not get any option on the website. There is no contact number where you can talk to an agent. Everting is done via the WhatsApp. The WhatsApp selections don't have any cancellation option. Then you get sent from on agent on the WhatsApp chat to another.
