Webafrica cancellation

Pathetic service, I cancelled my service with them in December and they told me there is a notice period that I have to serve which was January 2025, my new isp calls me and says they cannot activate my service because the line is still active with vumatel. I contact them on WhatsApp and they say they don't see my cancellation, I asked how and they send me a new link to cancel.i send screenshots of the conversation with the agent in December. That lady outright tells me I was misled
