Webafrica Cancelation issues

I canceled my naked uncapped ADSL ( which requires you supply your own router) account with webafrica in November of 2022 and since then had issues they first wanted a R100 payment then i thought ok i will do that then after paying it another was required then suddenly they wanted a R999 cancelation fee which i then read on their terms and conditions and this only applies to some Fibre lines but after speaking to so many of their employees nobody has ever been able to sort this issue out. SO I URGE YOU PLEASSSSSE STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SAKE
