Webafrica can get stuffed!!!

I have been a Webafrica customer for over a year now and as of late they have been stuffing up their billing. Hiding costs not to disclosed to any of their customers and just taking money left and right as they please. I was charged a R499 processing fee on the 7th of December when I moved my line from 1 unit in the same complex to the other, having me cancel my service and reapply for a new one instead of just moving my home like I said I could! Now I'm being charged double for the month of January and the dates stipulated are exact duplicates on the invoice. Webafrica can get stuffed I won't be paying them a cent !
