How long will it take to get the CALL RECORDINGS that happened when I had purchased LTE-A and agreed on a contract with you guys? How many times do I have to call and how much money do I need to spend in order to speak to someone on customer care line instead of listening to some ****py jokes? I requested the call records a month ago. Still no response.
