webafrica breach of contract

Webafrica you are ******** and *****. I ordered a service on 23/11/2022 sla was breached. install was not completed within 14 days. ultimately, when install was done, i got a download speed of 90mbps, when i had asked for 1000mbps. i complained, and the technician came back on 03/01/2023, and now i have download speed of around 900mbps, even though the order was for 1000mbps. your staff are slow, and poorly trained. i paid for the router to be delivered, even though i specifically said i do not want your router, as i have my own. it is now sitting useless in a cupboard. if you cannot deliver the speed you advertised, you are in breach of contract. furthermore, your sla was breached, therefore a credit is due to me. i demand that you honour your guarantee, and pass the credit for the breached sla, following which my speed needs to be brought up tot he expected, failing which my monthly subscription needs to be appropriately adjusted downwards. Should this not be possible, pls take your router back, and release my line, so i can continue the service with a more reputable provider.
