Whatsapp bot sucks. Raised a ticket for poor service 19 times. Chatted to: Yolanda, Sibongile, Kgapolo, Mekayla, Lerato, Lazola, Melissa, Wade, Kyle, Zenande, Masithembe, Imraan, Courtney, Wongaletu, Ashraf, Thato, Nomikelo, Amanda, Taswell, and still it seems like they are unable to resolve my issue. Escalated by Amanda it what they call Critical Care, and still, found out 24 hours later the ticket was closed without resolving the issue and without letting me know. No email, no call, no message, simply no feedback!
