WebAfrica Billing sucks
On Friday the 7th of September i ordered a fiber package from WebAfrica . Before signing up for the package i requested that i do not want a router and i do not want to pay the installation fee once i leave them but would rather do it at the end of the month to get it over and done with. This was possible i was told and agreed to continue with my sign up for the package. A week later the installation was done and i was happy with the service but now that it comes to the billing there seems to be a problem. Now they can not invoice me for the installation and will only do so when i cancel my service? Did you not say that i can pay for it upfront? if you pay them you must be invoiced? So i requested that they send my invoices to me for the period of 14th Sept to 30th of September along with my invoice for August as i have to pay upfront. This also cant be done but i will get my invoice on the 25th. When i referred to getting my invoice on the 25th they said from the 25th? so it might be the 26th or even later. It might seem like a small thing to complain about invoices and invoice dates but when you have to pay them the amount that i pay for the service and you can only pay them when you get paid for the invoice you produce then it becomes a big thing. Done with webafrica...
