Webafrica - Billing and Cancelling

Their chat feature has no response after receiving an otp. I've been trying to log my cancellation and find out the process and nobody responds on the chat feature.

I think it's really ridiculous to just up a bill and give notice on a change of plan without my consent then advertise that you are increasing the download and upload speed only to log on to my profile and then see it's still at the original signup speeds.

I want to give my 30-day notice, it's been just over a year since I'm using this service. But no response so how do you cancel?
