Webafrica billing

After my debet order bounced due to a internal problem at absa i have contacted webafrica on watsapp email and phone call to try make an eft or find a way to make payment and if you dont have a credit card they cant asist me. That is terable really terable service... you want to pay them but they cant assist really... that is poor business ethics
