WebAfrica - Beyond useless and impossible to speak to anyone

Have spent over 7 hours waiting on the call centre line or trying to get someone to respond to me on the WhatsApp line. The WhatsApp line is advertised as ON THE SPOT support. The they delivered the router to the wrong address and gave OpenServe the wrong address and now the installation is cancelled for today. There seems to be no way to speak to an actual human being. The response is that they couldn't have sent through the wrong address as it comes off the system. Useless.
