WebAfrica being spiteful to people who cancel
Hellopeter can keep deleting my complaints if they want. I have canceled my order 3 days ago and now cannot move to another ISP as WebAfrica is not canceling with Vumatel. I cannot do anything now except sit on the line for 30 minutes again and get no help.

Uncapped 20Mbps Fibre - Cancelled
We have re-escalated this to them to ensure all Webafrica instruction's to remove this service is completed asap
