I am so disappointed in the lack of urgency Webafrica is showing to the query logged with them about no internet connection. I've been told they are not sure what the problem is. I was given a Reference number (***) and told I will be contacted. I haven't heard back from them and my Fiber is a necessity for my day to day operations.
