WEBAFRICA BATTLE FOR SERVICE

good day . if i had a choice i would not have selected any rating. i am trying to contact webafrica to release my openserve dsl line back Telkom as i am no longer using them as an internet provider. i would like to cancel telkom line, but i cannot do this because webafrica has not released my line and fails to reply to my emails or watsapp chats on there line. i have been struggling to make contact since last night. i have been on a watsapp chat since this morning 7am. i am not sure what to do . please help
