Webafrica bad very! very bad!!

I have a massive issue with webafrica. I moved in to a new house and wanted to arrange wifi, webafrica had this great deal with sim and router. I placed an order for this deal, made the payment. with in 24hour the courier was at my doorstep. But they only send me a sim card no router. I followed up on this and not one person could advise me on were or when I would receive the router. I then decided that I am going to cancel this order, and would like to be refunded. because of service. It has been 2month now, speaking to numerus people via the whatsup app, as there are no other way to contact these people. Every person makes promises of the refund being paid within 5 - 7 days. This has not happened. They even went as far as to say that the money was refunded to me. I then also on a few occasion send thru my statements and banking detail as proof that it was not paid. On this day 27th of September 2022 I have spoken to a person again, and the same promises were made, of 5 to 7 days. I ask this person to send me a conformation letter as proof that the payment will be made. No response from them. These people are acting like *********, and **** advertising. I would like to warn people stay away.
