Webafrica - Bad service with higher costs

The service is really bad at Webafrica. I checked my account and found out today that there is an increase in cost, no communication/notification of this. Then when i check the website 25/25 mbps service is listed at R509 but being a loyal customer I am requested to pay R740. i had never had any of these with my previous ISP. now that i am trying to cancel, i cannot get anyone to assit with it
