WEBAFRICA BAD SERVICE WHAT A RIPOFF

So I've signed up with Webafrica about a month or so ago... I took a Firbe line of 20/1 mbps @R849pm...However the first three months they had a promotion @R699 pm. The First month i got billed a bit more than R849 and that i can understand because of the router delivery fee and the first month i had to pay prorater and I'm absolutely cool with that...

But to bill me R849 on my second month is so wrong when you guys are running a promotion first 3 months of joining you pay less in my case R699 pm. This is not what I've signed up for amd agreed upon.

WEBAFRICA your WhatsApp customer service sucks as well as your after sales service.

Best thing to do now is Cancel this contract i would not Recommend WEBAFRICA to anyone
