Webafrica Bad Service

I have been battling with Webafrica for the past 3weeks. I have been experiencing slow speed I chatted several times to different agents, I've even spoken to the complaints team with a Dino and Carmaliter and my issue as yet to be resolved. I've been **** to saying that a technician would come out not once but twice and still nothing They offered me a upgrade which I thought would solve my issue instead you have me paying R799 for a service you can deliver. Your customer service is absolutely pathetic you couldn't careless about the customer experience you provide
