Webafrica bad service

It has been 2 weeks of hell. Firstly sent me a damaged router - so bad the sim card slipped into the router. Told i had to have it fixed - after a day ...no way. New router sent but NO sim card - Why did I send sim card back ...because it is stuck in YOUR router. New router sent but no sim card. After 3 days , 12 agents still no one can tell me when I will get my sim card. Asv to speak to a manger and guess what still waiting after 2 days - do they not know customer service. Stay away people
