Webafrica bad service

Ordered a service for installation on the 1st of February 2023.Order was made on the 24 of Jan 2023 and paid for. Todate there is 1 No communication 2 Calls not picked up, 3 Whatsapp not being attended too.This service is unacceptable to me and wish to cancel
