Webafrica bad service

Hi all The reason for my review is due to the bad experience we're having with WebAfrica. We've canceled a fibre contract in February and requested it to be moved to our new address. Instead of them doing that they gave us a new contract and never canceled our previous contract. We are now paying two contracts and only using one. It's almost 5 months later and we're still being billed for a contract we requested to be canceled. This is unacceptable. We've even canceled it online ourselves. The only way they help is via their Whatsapp and all the agents we've spoken to has promised to cancel it and it hasn't been done. We're very angry and frustrated. We feel like canceling everything with Webafrica and will never recommend their services to anyone again.
