Webafrica bad service

1 if you want to speak to someone that can only be done via what's app and half the time you will speak to a computer

I bought the service the beginning of June and wat told that the connection would happen on the next Tuesday .the connection happen but no one bothered to call me an confirm the installation a week later I am sitting with out service and this is from the Thursday and have been trying to get in touch with someone to sort out the connection problems but still no success all I get the computer and no service
