Webafrica Bad service

My new Wi-Fi was installed last Friday morning 09:00 to date is still not active. when i contact customer care the answering machine voice prompt refers me to WhatsApp chat, WhatsApp chat says you already have a pending call-back with us. they took my money and they are just chilling while i am offline
