Webafrica bad LTE service

About a week ago i app**** for a LTE internet package from webafrica. Thursday 11th of may i recieved my LTE simcard and Router. I had to wait 24 hours for the activation period. The next day all seemed good and ibstarted doing speed test via my cellphone. It looked promising as i got high upliad speeds. However. A day or two having the router i connected my Gaming pc. Rhings changed badly. I got upload speeds of between 0.6 and 0.9 mbps. I thought it was just a reception error. So its been days with the same problem.i sent emails backband forth to webafrica and everytime i spoke with them they told me the matter was escalated and they will contact me . With alot of back and forth emails. Even a ticket loaded onto their system i still dont know what the cause if this is. Is it a setting on my pc that needs to be changed.is it the router thats faulty. Is it that difficult to get a solution on the issue. Today 18th of may i send webafrica message on facebook to find out what the issue might be and again i told them that they are slacking . I need my internet asap. Im currently still paying for my ADSL because i cant switch off the service till my LTE is sorted. I was contacted by a Gary Nero guy who told me they will look into the situation and he will follow up with the IS department and call me back before 3pm today. Well that never happened ibsent him two emails asking whats going on.he never called. This behavior from webafrica is beyond unacceptable .i still dont have sufficiant upload speed to stream online gaming . Im still left in the dark .still paying two subscriptions .which is my adsl and the lte. Where from here.?
