It is so frustrating dealing with these guys. The only contact you have is a whatsapp chat.!! They REFUSE to give you any contact details. They also flat out refuse to phone you.

I have cancelled my account and have requested a refund. The agent can not give you a ref for the request, nor can he even confirm my email details on the system . Heaving to deal with Refilwe M. is the worst he keeps repeating himself and does not answer simple questions.
