Webafrica bad customer service and inconvenience- do not join this ISP

I wanted their fibre and they called me. I wasn’t happy with the info Neo Makutle provided so advised that i am going with a different isp and he should not proceed, sent two emails confirming that vuma cant connect cause it says theres an in-flight order. They are not doing anything to assist and Neo is not responding to my mails so stuck now cause i can progress with my order from the other ISP
