Webafrica Bad Customer Service

My internet is down since Wednesday and no one responds to the Whatsapp number provided. I have been calling and the call just ends after referring you to the whatsapp number which is not answered by anyone. This is totally unacceptable as we pay for a service and we don't expect this horrible treatment with a non-existing customer services. The email address on the website is also deactivated
