the worse experience, service that I have ever received on the 12th of August 2022 I've called ***@ 07:32 and spoken to lady telling her that I am moving homes I've asked if there's any additional charges she said no additional charges and change of address will be done free all i need to provide her with the new address, so today on the 23rd August 2022 at 10:05 I call *** and I speak to a guy telling him that I will be changing my address and I give him the new address, and he tells me that I will be charged like almost R2,500 just for moving, so my response was can I speak to ur team leader he said I need to drop a txt on the whatsapp line, I've tried the whatsapp line in the past and I don't get any proper response.
