Webafrica - back up service non existent

Utterly useless. Only comms avaible are WhatsApp agents who are pathetic… several minutes to get a reply and the responses are as helpful as a car without tyres. More and more frequently I am left with no internet/fibre. The Webafrica WhatsApp states no issue in the area but their website says the opposite. Past two times I’ve complained I get a message to say they will be in touch… have never had a call back to date. Will be switching to new service provider immediately. Don’t waste your time here guys - there is simply no back up for when things don’t work.
