Webafrica atrocious service

If I could give 0 stars, I would. After logging a new installation with Webafrica, they of course took my debit order. 2 weeks later, the fibre internet was still not working. After numerous communications via every platform available, they inform me that they are holding my line hostage for the entire month and that I cant move to another provider. Twice I asked to speak to a manager and the agent closes the line of communication. How a company with such atrocious service still exist is beyond my comprehension.
