Webafrica Atrocious Service

Webafrica have topped the list of the worst service I have ever experienced.

The 20 mbps download fibre internet line that I am paying for, barely ever goes above 5 mbps. ****************. Good luck trying to reach someone to assist! The call centre queue... an hour and a half! The so called "superfast" whastapp helpline is not so superfast. 50 minutes later and still waiting. This is my second go at trying to resolve this issue.

In my previous experience with the whatsapp line, the support agent had me act as her technician for an entire morning. I missed 4 hours of my workday trying to resolve their issue! The customer is definitely not Webafrica's first priority.

Avoid this service provider at all costs.
