WEBAFRICA are utterly useless

This company should be reported to the Consumer Commission. It was so quick and easy to sign up, but once financially committed, that is where the service ended. Their "Super Fast Whatsapp Service" is a joke... I have been on the group every day requesting assistance, sometimes for 5-6 hours without even getting through to a real person. If you try calling, you will hold for hours, and the message will remind you to again try their "Super Fast Whatsapp" Service.! WhataJoke!!!! I am now trying to cancel my order, but according to their "cancel service" page, I need to give them 1 month's notice... ***! It's been over a week and I still can't move into my new place. So damn irritating!
