Webafrica are ******* and their service is terrible ,do not support them

Webafrica are ******* and their support is terrible ,the absolute worst company to deal with ,I have been trying to get help for the past 2 days ,no one answeres ,you sit in the line for hours wasting money ,their Watsapp support is a robot and it takes hours till someone actualy helps you and even then they have excuses and don’t sort out the issue ,this is unacceptable especially during trying times like we are going through ,how are we supposed to work from home with service like this ..but when it’s to invoice and take your money it’s done within seconds !!! I topped up 2 days ago and have still not received anything and no support what so ever ,but the money is out my account with in seconds !!!we can’t carry on like this ..please do not support them and make the same mistake that we have ..we will be moving providers if this persists...
