Webafrica are *******!!

We app**** for Fibre at our unit in Blouberg. Webafrica debited our acc with R249 and charged R499 fir the router. They then informed us that their Fibre provider didn't service the area, so no problem, the charged us for another router of R499 and a monthly fee of R299. Still didn't get Fibre. We then canceled and Webafrica collected the routers yesterday through charged us R1250 for what?? A total of R2 250!!! *******!!! No router,no fibre, and now no money!!!
