WEBAFRICA ARE *****S WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

So disappointed with Webafrica! I've had it for almost 3 years and never had any issues. I was then told that they will no longer be able to do my current subscription with Rain at the price that I'd been paying and told me that it would be going up by +/-R100.00 a month. I then searched for a cheaper option, as this is data that I'm not currently able to us up. I found a cheaper option with TELKOM, I ordered the new sim, they took my money more than a month ago & guess what... like everyone else, I'm still waiting... I've tried all avenues to contact them. They don't have any customer service of any kind!!! Totally disgusted!!!
