Webafrica are Theives

I just got billed R1010 for a service which has been officially cancelled as at the end of October 2021.I have returned the router within time and received confirmation via email from webafrica that they have received it and all is in order.

I receive no responses from webafrica and their only means of communication is via whatsapp where the majority of the consultants are ***********

Webafrica please return my money and stop *****ing.
