Webafrica are swindling me

It's not bad service but rather a *** one. I was incorrectly billed in January 2022, I have been following up every month since then. In trying to diacourage me, their whatsapp agents, either tell me that they are sending through a new request so I havr to wait for 48 hours. If it's not a new request they just keep saying I am being transferred to the relevant dept and trust me I have been transferred to them all.
