Webafrica are *****STERS and *******

I took up a contract with webafrica in May 2024. Due to relocation a month later (I explained the dire situation to them in detail) I requested a move transfer in June. I received no support, no feedback, not even to mention, service. I then requested the line to be cancelled and the router to be collected at my new address. Again, no response, just 100 transfers ro different agents on the whatsapp line (also, their only form of (lack od) communication. On the 1st of November, they debited my account with R3450!!!!! They are complete *****sters, they are *******, and they are useless. DO NOT EVER TAKE A FIBRE CONTRACT OUT WITH THEM, YOU WILL REGRET YOUR DECISION!!
