Webafrica ARE *****ING MY MONEY

I do not even want to give Webafrica a star. DO NOT EVER USE THEM. The service is terrible!! I cancelled my service at the end of September and it is the end of November and it is still not cancelled! They are still billing me and the router doesn’t even work. I phoned them so many times and they said each time it has been cancelled and they will give me my money they owe me back. I didn’t receive the money but instead they invoiced me again with an astronomical amount R1999. IT IS CANCELLED!!! No one can do their job right! I am so angry and frustrated!! I don’t know what to do!
